General conditions of sale

Condition of room reservation for a 1 to 3 nights stay :
A credit card number is request as a guarantee.
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival : 50% of the total amount stay will be charged – at least one night
In case of no-show : 100% of the total amount stay will be charged.
Any cancellation or modification has to be sent by mail or facsimile.

Condition of room reservation :
For 3 at 6 nights : deposit of 30% of the stay
For 7 nights and more: deposit 50% of the full stay
Cancellation policy :
For D-15 at D-7 : 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
For D-6 at D-2 : 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
Less than two days: 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
In case of no-show: 100% of the stay will be charged
